Settings and sensitivity save location?

I want to use an alternate account to play marvel rivals but i dont want to manually set up all my preferences again. are all these settings stored locally somewhere and can be easily copy pasted over or do they need to be put in manually each time as its a cloud save type thing for each acc?

If you would like to smurf with the same settings I'd assume you'll have to change your stuff manually, just take a picture or something.
