New Ult for Peni
Can we can get a new Ult for Peni as it garbage.

Can we get say all her abilities are electric for her ult duration and do a small DoT and stun?

I'd rather they fixed her sling first
As long as shes nerfed to not have infinite mines that's cool. There should only be a max of like 5 or 6 of those little things at a time. She should not be able to put 10 of them down at one time without a cooldown. Either make them finite and have to recharge or force her to wait 1-2 seconds in between mine placements.

5-6 mines at a time would make her useless do you play peni? you know she's probably the weakest tank to hold point right without her mines covering lanes flanks ect she would be an easy walk every time.

They already work as you claim they should.

- 4 charges from spawn, not "infinite";
- 4 second cooldown per charge, when you place a mine. And it's one-by-one cooldown, not all at the same time;
- Up to 15 max placed in the world. The moment you place 16th - the 1st one disappears;
- They literally evaporate with a sneeze, if not placed on her webs;

Watch your step and don't walk on her webs, if you're having problems with Peni's mines.

P.s. Yes, her ult needs to be changed/reworked. It's kinda bad right now...

You are so wrong, on so many levels...

She has 4 charges on her mine ability, then 4sec cooldown per charge. Not infinite. Not even 7. And there is an animation per cast of each mine. So she doesn't just instantly poop out 4 of them, she does em one-by-one. Stop spreading misinformation. Play the actual character first before crying about nerfs.

No walk on webs they are nice and soft and the nano bots will make your pain go away as quick as a flash.
Don't believe KItKat he just wants you to miss out on some fireworks.

He is telling you how peni plays and you obviously haven't tried her out yet, as you're ignoring him.
Try the character out before you try to change things just because you got blown up and learnt nothing from it.

last night a penny placed down at least 6 of them directly in front of our spawn door before the match started. Maybe they should do what cod does and not let people use equipment the second a game starts.

Maybe I'm just butthurt cuz I got outplayed but I do think penny needs to be changed. All she does is the mine cheese, that coupled with half the map being filled to the brim with small hallways and 90 degree turns makes it a ♥♥♥♥♥ to deal with

her ultimate is amazing what are you on about? Youre probably just using it wrong, its not offensive, its not meant for you to dash into enemy lines. its a more extreme version of her existing role, area denial. Pop her ult around spots you and your team are contesting, bonus if your nest can connect to the webs, and youve shut down any attempt at pushing that area for the remainder of your ult. Peni is the best area denial character in the game, so if youre playing her right you should have an idea on how to use her ult.

Best example i can give is say its Overtime, and your ult is read, its payload, and theyre gonna push. Your nest is up, and it has max mines out. like 3 DPS are trying to dive the cart, so you pop your ult, spam your mines, (right click by default) to get more damage coverage, and then if they get close knock them in the air while spamming mines. if youve connected your webs youre gonna nuke those 3 DPS' into orbit and save the game.

Did you learn not to run out of spawn without looking first, did you not hear peni say "mines in place"?
I learnt to let the door open for a second before running out on my first game, not knowing what it was in the slightest I ran straight into a strange portal to my death. Was funny but now I wait.

focus nest and her and shes countered hard. she thrives off of her nest and teamwork, without those two things shes gonna perform worse then any other tank. as for mines, avoid any "totally not trapped" webs far from her nest. incase you didnt know, her right click conceals mines, so if you see a web around a chokepoint or flankpoint its probably a peni who knows what theyre doing, trapping properly. Or they just missed their web, either way fire at the webs or melee them and you could break it before it goes off

You are clearly butthurt.

She has 4 charges "from spawn". Mine cooldown per charge is 4 sec. Placement of 4 charges takes exactly 2 seconds, so placing one mine takes a quarter of a second. NOT instant. The moment you place one mine, the cooldown of 4 seconds starts to regen that one charge you just wasted. So by the time you've placed first 4, you will only have one mine half-regenerated.

Yes, it is possible to place 6 mines in front of enemy spawn before the match starts. Which is why you listen to the sound and use the other exit, for example. Or let your tank go first instead of rushing out like lemmings. Every mine does 100dmg. Tanks can survive that. Or they can just walk out and back in to not get damaged aka "bait" the mines to trigger, but avoid explosion behind the spawn door.

Skill issue on your end. Stop crying about nerfs if you don't know how to play against a character.

I agree, atleast make it cc immune and/or make it so you can cancel it until they whip something new up.

the ult is just a death sentence half the time
