How do you get the ranked rewards skin?

I just hit Gold 3 but I don't know how to get the johnny and Sue skins I read all the info I can get in-game but I still don't know how the ranked reward system works. Any clarification will be much appreciated

they are end of season rewards; i was already gold by the time 1.0 ended so i got it but with the johnny skin im going to have to wait till the end of season 1.5 to get it. if you are still gold by the time 1.5 ends youll get both skins if i am correct

just to correct, you dont have to stay gold, as long as u hit gold during ur run youll get it even if you demote

is that the same for the grandmaster crest? cause im currently gm3 and not so sure if i can guarantee I will finish the season on gm lol.
