Good luck tilting at the windmills here, but it needs admin privs for, among other things, the anticheat to work properly. And we both agree, I'm sure, that cheaters suck and action must be taken against them on any competitive title. Right?
Because I'm sure you weren't trying to run at user-level to use cheats. Correct?
I don't want Marvel Rivals to have admin because I think it's a massive security issue. Remote Code Execution (RCE) is a real threat in gaming. The fact that Marvel Rivals needs admin for Anti-Cheat is a massive problem. I run that code so that I have at least some protection. It won't give cheaters admin on my computer because Marvel Rivals doesn't have admin. Here's two blogs backing up my concern of RCE:

Cheaters do suck and action must be taken against them. I'm not a cheater, I just don't want a video game, and by extension anyone with it's code, to have access to my computer with elevated privileges.
So, is there any work around to revoke admin access from Marvel Rivals?
I never have, and never will cheat in video games. Playing Escape from Tarkov for thousands of hours reinforced the idea that I hate cheaters with a fiery passion. Like Top Hat said, it leaves open a massive backdoor for bad parties to have access to my computer. The idea also that this is OK because Kernel level anticheat exists doesn't justify this either. Kernel Level anticheat is also a major security risk and as such I refuse to play those games as well (which is why Steam labels those games as having Kernel Level anticheat because of the security risk implications). We shouldn't have to give up access to our computers for a game simply because people ruin the fun by cheating/exploiting. It's an overreaction and frankly unnecessary.
