Hawkeye needs a nerf

Having played some ranked, still in the climbing phase for now, Hawkeye seems pretty busted, for one shot potential he draws his arrows way too fast, maybe like a 20-40% increase in draw time I think.

He needs a change so his arrows don't home in on peoples heads.. Like Storm it should be skill to hit not a huge hitbox, Storms standard attack needs crazy accuracy to hit, Hawkeye should be the same.

His hitboxes for his headshots are super busted. He headshot my squirrel tail :,c

- Draw time is too short.
- Projectile velocity is too high.
- Projectile drop over distance is almost non-existent.
- Projectile hitbox is too large.
- 200 damage body shots is way too much.

If there's going to be a one-shot sniper character, at least make them earn it. Hawkeye is way worse than Hanzo ever was.

Hawkeye one-shots 90% of heroes that aren't Vanguards with little to no risk to himself if he plays behind a decent team. I don't see how the game went through a beta and it's still this absurdly high.
