Posted this on another thread, try this. I found it on Reddit: people with the same issue say it works:

So,
Go to your Steam Marvel Rivals EXE folder .. mine was /
steamapps/marvelRivals/MarvelRivalsLauncher.exe ...
right click, properties, Compatibility and enable
Compatibilitu for Windows 8. Then start the game up from that exe file.

So, after a day or so, here's what worked for me.

- What you mentioned sir, didn't work for me unfortunally. So what I did was allocate more memory in the OS. Here's how you do it below:
------------> Go to "View advanced system settings" > Advanced tab > Settings (Under performance) > Advanced tab again > Virtual Memory, and then change.
- If the option "Automatically manage paging file size for all drives" is checked, uncheck the box.
- Then you can select your OS volume (Usually the C: drive). After that, choose the option "Custom Size" and set the "initial size" and "maximum size".

Some things about virtual memory

Here's a quick tip on what to put on initial and maximum size.
Now, then math to know what to put is the follow:

Initial Size: 1.5 times of your TOTAL RAM
Maximum Size: 3 times of TOTAL RAM

(Below, I will leave the most common RAM configs already done.)

If you have 8GB of RAM, enter this values:

:medicon: Initial Size (MB): 12288
:medicon: Maximum Size (MB): 24576

For 16GB, this values:

:medicon: Initial Size (MB): 24576
:medicon: Maximum Size (MB): 49152

For 32GB, this values:

:medicon: Initial Size (MB): 49152
:medicon: Maximum Size (MB): 98304

After that, click "Set", and then ok. (Restart your PC)

The next thng I done that I would like to mention, was to update the graphic card drivers, and validate the game files. After ALLLLLLLL that, the game stabilized around 120FPS, consuming 7, to 8GB.

Btw, all of this info I got from
This video.
Hope it helps for the next fellas.

Take care.
