Please help me play I dont wanna go back to OW

Any one have any tips to fix this game i cant look at any menu besides the home one and I did the whole trouble shoot thing they did. My computer should be able to run this and i dont know why it wont (drivers updated and reinstalled too)

Some people get stuck loading, some people cant even load in, some people get stuck in main menu, some people random blue screens, some people crash after a few hours, some people cant get stable fps.

If you search ur problem in the search bar im sure u might find something.
