So if you were to have it even more left you would totally miss. Right now you have to aim more right to hit more.
What you could do though, is design a custom crosshair that looks like a plus. Space it to your liking and then use the left or right dash, -, to aim with instead of the center.
The crosshair would still be centered, but the character would be on the right side of the screen instead of the left.
The game Control for example allows you to swap if your character is on the left or right side of the crosshair, I believe Tom Clancy The Division (2?) would be another example that allows that. Though I guess the characters are a bit closer to the crosshair there iirc but still, that kind of swapping is what I mean. not to move the crosshair out of center, but move the character to the other side of it.
In other shooters you could also chose where your weapon is, left or right.
In Rivals I feel like a lefty while I like to use my right arm.
