Character models not loading in?

Whenever I eventually get past the 99% loading screen and maybe load in to a game, it takes a good minute for any character models and the HUD to show up. It happens again if I try to switch characters. Anyone know if there's a fix to this?

Do you have game installed on SSD? If not, then go and get one. If you do, then reduce your settings, character models to lower and see if it happens again.

So like other person said, make sure game is on an SSD.
If it's still happening even though the game is on an SSD, check your BIOS and see if XMP/DOCP is an option.

If it is an option, and you do not have an x3d processor, turn that ♥♥♥♥ on. If it is an option and you do have an x3d processor you're gonna have to do some research to see if yours is safe to enable DOCP on.

I know at least 2 people that had this issue after putting the game on an SSD and the solution was to turn on DOCP/XMP to solve it.

SSD doesn't help. I installed on an SSD and it still has issues. after playing for 87 hours I finally gave up and uninstalled. I suggest anyone else having issues also just uninstall and play something else. Its not worth the headache.
