3 Star more like 10 star difficulty amirite?

Here are some quick and easy ways to make muttonchops mcgee more in line with his comicbook deadliness, instead of whatever is going on right now. Which feels like eating glass shards while swiping at nothing [Because his hitreg is all over the place]

Pick one or all. Got ideas? I'd love to hear them. I spent 20$ getting his deadpool x wolverine skin and regret the purchase daily.

[Savage Claw]
o Five strike combo //instead of 4//
o Increase range
o Final strike causes bleed over time which is a percentage based off of rage.
o Final strike can be grafted into Leap and Vicious Rampage, causing increased bleed over time.

[Feral Leap]
o Instantly locks onto enemies that are within face-hugging range, guaranteeing a grab.
o Enemies can use mobility moves to become immune to the lock on, but a good timed grab can circumvent this. Requiring skill and patience. [Also shields like magneto will protect against it]
o Feral Leap can collide with walls, doing more damage to enemies on breakable walls and shattering them.
o Grabbing enemies changes Berserk Claws to Reaching Rend, a wider slash with slightly higher range
o Failing or not grabbing enemies gives you Berserk Claws but punishes you with +2 Second cooldown

[Undying Animal]
o Uses 25% of rage and gives a stacking buff to both protection and duration depending on how much rage was used. You can still use 0 rage for the normal duration/buff
o At full rage, completely expends the bar. Giving you double bonuses to duration and defense

[Vicious Rampage]
o Adds three [3] charges instead of 1.
o Each charge increases cooldown by +1 second upon use
o The third charge on use, causes percent based damage off of rage and slows the enemy down for 2 seconds.
o Can be used in combo [Two normal swipes for three rampage] for bleed effect + slow
o Special strike can only be achieved after all three charges are back, but you can continue to use the skill if you wish.

[Regen. Healing Factor]
o +1 HP per second. Scales based off of Rage, taking damage pauses the regeneration for 5 seconds.
o When zeroed (0 HP), grants bonus health and buffed health based off of rage or kills.
o After zeroed, HP regeneration stops until cooldown is over.
o Using Undying Animal at Full rage, lowers the cooldown of healing factor

[Berserker Rage]
o Increase Damage, Attack and Movement speed
o At full rage, can expend all for a special attack using the [Melee] key (Not primary fire). Berserk Rend. A stab into an upward rake that drastically reduces healing on a single target for 10 seconds while doing percentage based damage. Works well with bleed

[Last Stand]
o Launch enemies, in the air automatically swipe five times. Dealing damage and healing based off of how many enemies are hit. Afterwards can still dive and impact the ground
o Can cancel immediately into a dive if under fire.

[Metal Cannonball]
o Wolverine is charged with Gamma Radiation. Upon throw, impact the ground dealing radiation damage. Berserk Strike is changed to Gamma Claws which does slightly more damage.
o After thrown hulk gets a special shield bubble that breaks into claw strikes around him after it ends.
o Cannonball can be countered by stunning or dealing rapid damage to hulk while preparing a throw. Similar to Jeff and Groot's teamup.

Hell just increasing his movement speed would help. Feel like he needs something
