Peni Spider-Sweeper Bug? 🕸
Happened to me TWICE where I was using Peni's ultimate (Spider-Sweeper) and after running out of Arachno-Mines (There is a maximum quantity of 7 mines being able to be deployed). I was not able to continue to use the Sweep Attack even when the ability was available and the ultimate was still active.

Anyone else have similar experiences?
