90% of the time, you either get matches that are hopeless losses, followed by games where you could AFK, and the other team still wouldn't stand a chance. For normal players without ego issues, these wins hold no real value, leaving them in a constant state of frustration.
My bet is that this isn't due to incompetence but is instead part of the design—nudging players toward buying more skins to receive the emotional reward that the game itself fails to provide.
