Edit: Rewind a bit because he is good at critical points cause one click can heal multiple people, or soul bonding can give a needed 50 health all within proximity. But if it's at that point, then the team comp is bad.
It was glorious.

(disregard my terrible aim, I'm on PC on controller with no aim assist and haven't played him in 2 months. I actually resized his crosshair right after and found out his hit-area is super tiny)
You are forgetting the Soul Bond spreads out all damage done to everyone bonded, making it good for Ult denial and helping for coordinated pushes.
He's not good for solo healing but he is an excellent support when used properly.
No, he is not, he is useles, im actually GM3 and ppl take him for troll, for lose on purpose, totally useles.
This would make for a good argument if it wasn't already applied to half the roster. Just boring to see now.
They need to give him some sort of "mantis style" mechanic, where crits lower his CDs, or kills by allies who have been recently healed, or soul bonded reduce his CDs. something like that. or give him an AOE healing area around him that goes off when he does damage, more healing on kill.
He has the tools to be a very solid support, he just needs something else to really pull it all together.
Wonder who will be next.
