I couldn't say... I've only crashed once with my fairly old PC that I've had for several years.

I have a 9800X3D, RTX 3090, 64GB Ram, etc... and today I'm playing the game for the first time and it crashed on me in less than 2 hours of gameplay. The devs need to fix this game.
since yesterday i have crashes mostly every hour once
3080ti here for weeks since beta and release not a single crash but now constant

There is a post here somewhere that gives tons of advice...I'll see if I can find it.
what are you doing wrong?... well imo, using windows and letting a sketchy chinese company have root access.

Newest drivers for nvidia are pretty terrible for this game at the moment, i had the same issue and reverted to older gpu drivers. https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/details/230853/ I experience 0 crashes after installing these drivers.

Someone mentioned nvidia drivers a few weeks ago.

Wasn't there some sort of recall?

Im using Windows 10. Alot of these posts i see windows 11 popping up alot. That might be a factor because i have yet to run into a Problem. And im using Old hardwear from 2012-2015. Its either a underlining issue with Windows 11, or Tech is getting higher while the quality is getting worse.

Not too sure, a month into release i would crash almost every 4 matches, I've seen a few posts about nvidias newer drivers having all sorts of performance issues recently.

It feels like the crashes happen a lot less, or not at all, to people with lower-end PCs. I have two friends, one with a 980 and the other with a uhh I think it was a 570. Neither one has had any crashes.
constant crashing in game on linux on pc on decent hardware (7950x 6900xt). I was considering making a windows partition to see what performance was like, but now seeing that there's also issues in windows I definitely won't take the time.
