As captain America land 3 KOs with a single use of Freedom Charge
As a flower destroy a city with a toothpick.

No seriously his attacks are so weak, how to get his achievement.

You do not have to kill those 3 enemies, just deal enough damage to them and get assists count as kills. The achievement is misleading.

Im guessing they added a kill window to wolverines like they did to squirrel girls? It was basically impossible before

Pretty sure all "get 3 KOs during the ult" or "hit 4 enemies with a single ult" work the same way.

Too weak? LoL** Have you even use it properly? This guy is another rambo like Hulk.
If you head to head with other Vanguards then of course it is not quite enough.
But if you head to head with Hawkeye or similar then it is three hits dead if you know to combo.
This achievement is easy but tricky and you should know the timing to shout "Assemble !!".

Even before the squirrel ultimate updated, I've cleared it already. So, practically it could be done. The only problem is, people don't use their brain enough and just "crying" all around.

The only thing i find interesting in playing Captain is the shield deflecting bullets and standing in front of Punisher's turret watching him destroy himself

It took me a few tries. Make sure to combo it with other team ults and back line lower hp people.
