Hulk's abilities are really stupid and makes no sense in regards to the character.

Its so strange to me that they got characters like loki and spiderman so right in this game in terms of their abilities, but they get hulk so wrong.

The thing is loki and spiderman are much more tricker to get right in this type of game, but hulk is no brainier. Hulk should just have a lot of health, melee base attacks and a jump. But then they give him weird ♥♥♥♥ like freeze breath and bubbles. Like how did they get such a basic character so wrong.

I agree on this one. When did you see Hulk spit at the enemies? Never. The strongest being in the Marvel Universe needs a shield now? LMAO. Also what with those punches? How come you cannot knock out a K-pop star with 5 punches? lol.

i mean sure they could have let him throw tanks to stun people instead but eh, could just be explained away by variant hulk

his alt is really annoying to use, since it just pushes people back with his normal punch

You using it in a wrong way. If you want to Zone the enemy out, you punch. However if you wanna do damage just keep clapping, you have no cooldowns on it while you ulting. The grab is only good if the target is alone. If not you pretty much just kill yourself for free.

The only thing I find odd is the Gamma Shield, everything else is accurate to my knowledge of Hulk. I dont know if the shield was something he ever did in the comics.

Hulk is by far not the strongest being in the Marvel Universe but I agree that its weird that hulk is a protector now

So hulks Abilities:
He has a big clap which makes dmg because of a shockwave he shoots.
He has a "scream" which stuns enemies because of the sound
He can jump very far
He punches very hard

This are all abilities he can do in the comics too. The shield is kinda not fitting but I guess for a bit teamplay they gave him this because its still a game where the characters must meet the roles. What I think they should have done is maybe he rips some big stones from the ground to hold it in front of him to shield him up or something like that. This would be more fitting.

The gamma shield is the only ability he has that isn't cannon in some way shape or form.... maybe they remove it and give him radiation aura instead, slightly shielding nearby allies and passive aoe to nearby enemies would make more sense. But would ultimately make him way less dynamic to play.

You have to realize the characters are supposed to have a kit that's cohesive gameplay wise. The bubble is explained in lore too.
He jumps in, stuns someone and punches them, finishing them off with clap (clap is also your ranged tool so it's dual purpose). You use bubble when you get low on hp or if you're diving with others. Seems pretty hulk like all things considered and works cohesibly as a kit.
It's weird to single out Hulk as being poorly translated when strange/magneto exist and have been entirely sacrificed to the ez to learn shield tank gameplay type, and not even a version that's fun to play like Sigma/Ramattra in OW.
