"Lowest power (watt) use challenge"

So far the lowest I can get my gpu wattage is like 150watt-
DLSS 3 Preset F (change to F in nvidia app) (Ultra Performance DLSS ingame)
Lower resolution as low as possible (in my case 1080p on a 1440p is as low as i can get before it looks garbage)
All lowest settings in game- Frame generation ON.

Ok so technically I can get wattage down to like 30 watt if I cap it at 30fps with frame gen off, but I would rather sit at 225fps (240hz monitor synced with ultra low latency so it caps at 225fps automatically, and cant change it with frame gen on).

Anything else I am missing?
Oh and everything in nvidia app to max performance/off.

Gotta make our own challenges after beating all the ones ingame :D
