can players hear legendary skin sound?

i want to buy a legendary skin, it has specisal sounds but if other players cant hear them, it doesn't make sense

I dont even notice what changed most of the time so dont care... costumes in this game are a huge downgrade after playing LoL for years but at least I dont waste money.

no, if i buy i want other people see. It's absolutely useless if only i can see or hear special effects

Which legendary skins have different sounds though? All I know is Loki skin from current BP, it applies voice filter to him, but no clue if others can hear it at all.

For example, you can still hear the original Luna's cry but the music changes a bit. No one will be confused

Thor Love and Thunder has different Mjolnir sounds - guitar riffs and different music when hitting the enemy, but I think it's exclusively for you and others hear default sounds.

at that rate why buy anything, just mod. If they're gunna offer skins w different sfx at least have it be a slider in the audio settings or something for og sounds.
