What should I upgrade?
Hi, my specs are:
AMD Ryzen 3 1200 Quad-Core Processor
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
16GB of Ram

The game runs ok I'm used to be on extremely low specs and fps but I was wondering what should I upgrade first?

from what i've played of this game, it's cpu requirements are quite minimal
but new GPU's are quite expensive. how much money do you have to upgrade? and what currency do you use? also are you willing to go used or only new hardware.

You're gonna be bound by the other either way. Save up and get a new system.

they are on AM4 so there's quite alot to upgrade to, if budget is super tight then i'd say r5 5600 or 5500 and for GPU if it has to be new then the RX 6600 is a decent choice. depending on their budget they might be able to get both a GPU and CPU upgrade, i just don't know how much they have to spend. if only enough for one or the other.. GPU would be the first choice imo

until i know the budget i can't really recommend anything specific though.

what is your motherboard? if you upgrade your GPU and CPU you might have to upgrade your motherboard as well.

dont all AM4 motherboards support upto 5000 series?
i understand that the mobo might not be able to handle certain wattage cpu's but the R3 1200 is a 65w CPU and so is the R5 5600/R5 5500 which ether would be a pretty sizeable upgrade. the r3 1200 is the slowest desktop ryzen cpu they've made i believe

OP would just need a bios update most likely to support the new cpu's
