When will next hero be released?

I don't do any reading of official posts or journalism in gaming, so does anyone know when the next hero(es) will be released?

That like only reason why I still have this installed, I just wait for new hero then press snooze.

Human Torch and Thing of the Fantastic Four will be added with the mid season patch.
There are 4 characters added this season because they wanted to go big for the first season.
Following seasons, we should expect only 2 characters per season, with 1 at the start and 1 at the middle.
So 1 new character every 6-7 weeks.

That said, S1 started 4 weeks ago, so next characters to be added in 2 or 3 weeks.

still more than overwatch with 1 hero every 3 months (which after 2019 even that didnt continue and we only got 1 hero in ow2 (the development was 3 years))
