Why can't Peni Parker do crit damage?

Every other ranged projectile hero can, and with the extremely low projectile speed and damage, there should be more of an incentive to aim at the head. Because of the lack of the ability to do critical damage, Peni Parker's primary has to be some of the worst in the game, making it seem like the only sure way to get kills [NOT ASSISTS. She is pretty good for assists] is with her ult or catching low-health enemies off-guard with her mines. Honestly I'd rather have to reload or wait for an overheat to at least be able to do some decent damage.

I guess because she has infinite shots? idk, i'd honestly prefer if she had 12 shots and reload like everyone else if it meant she could headshot

Yeah, im agree,its couz she has inifinite shots. She is good balanced i think.

Its cause shes got mines that do 100 Damage and can stack so 3 mines = 300 damage example. Its entirely possible to delete tanks instantly. So imagine getting crit by her guns as well. would be pretty OP

Well I mean as far as I know she's the only character in game who can insta kill a healer ulting and a full life tank in a split second. Even more powerful is she can wipe multiple people at the same time if she's lucky.
