There is no ingame features for that. You'd have to use some external software like OBS and do the capture with it when you're playing a match replay, or shadowplay features if you're on a nvidia gpu, or .. steam game recording feature (never used it personally yet but that should work https://store.steampowered.com/gamerecording)
Aw rip, hopefully there will be more of an integrated method as some of these clips are worth saving.

I thought when you look into stats or history it has like a code a replay code and you can share and keep it
Yes there is, go into your profile, history, and click on any of your past matches. You can watch the full video, use free cam, and switch player perspective. Its invaluable for reviewing your own game play and picking up mistakes
Also, if you click on the 3-lines-icon on the left of the triangular-play-symbol, it takes you to the final scoreboard for that match. Under the scoreboard, you'll see the match ID number and a star-icon. Click on the star to save the match to your favourites. When you click on the Favourites tab, it defaults to highlights but there's a small sub-tab underneath favourites after you click on it. That sub-tab lets you switch between your highlights list and your saved match replays list.
I record matches with the NVidia Overlay
Use Steam Recordings. Go into your Steam Settings to turn it on.

how long does the saved replays stay there? do they get automatically deleted like other replays?
I'd figure and entire match replay would be too hefty a size file and too boring to generally watch most of the time, so that's likely why it isn't there.

For saving the entire match you would have to screen record it, there are multiple ways some already suggested. But to summarize you could use steam recording, nvidia or amd recording feature and alternatively OBS the tool streamers use.

Can't say how long the saved list can be, but i think i've read somewhere that replays may be unable to be replayed properly with futures updates of the game (character changes , balancing etc) as it's an in-engine replay. Only long term solution to keep a match is preferably recording a video.
