Unexplained Desync & abilities not working

Something that is driving me crazy is one, having points in time where I keep pressing buttons over and over and the game not recognizing or dropping inputs. I mostly notice this on Thor where I have abilities off the shared cool down but they just don't activate or sometimes consume a charge without even activating (ex: using the hammer dash to get away from something, but the animation doesn't even play then goes back on cooldown)
Another problem that is more annoying is the game shows me having sub 35 ping constantly, but I keep getting unregistered hits and hits when I'm not on target, even with big hitbox melee strikes & it's unbelievably annoying with Hela, my accuracy is below 30% but the second I hop into the practice range with a friend I have no issues hitting my shots on moving targets.

I have the ability issues as well and it’s annoying af especially when on support. So many times I’ve been Loki and spammed my laterns for either me or a teammate that is literally about to die and the games just like nah u don’t wanna use that right now. Same with cloak or Invisa there ALWAYS seems to be some sort of delay in using abilities that can save myself or teammates and I don’t understand why. Then I get flamed for not doing something but yet I did try but the game just decided it didn’t want me to

Yeah, something feels really off with Thor since the last set of buffs he had. especially with Thorforce. I have had multiple instances where It refuses to activate despite having the prerequisite three hammers. His hammer throw and surge feel off as well by roughly half a second, so it feels like 2.5 seconds instead of 2. I have played Thor since launch and I can say something is off by what feels half a second at the least and it drives me crazy because I know it is, I can feel it.

I'm having the same problem a lot of times. Teleport or lantern not working when pressing the button. Usually happens when you're getting attacked. I've started to just spamming that F or Shift instead of pressing it once. It's pretty infuriating.
