Report a translation problem
The mechanic is a little confusing... One where I'd probably be better understanding it if someone actually took the time to break it down and explain just how it actually works in a video or something.
I cannot confirm but I assume they just have to be on screen, but not behind a rock or something where you wouldn't be able to shoot them anyways.
100% based on something I remember hearing somewhere else, I literally wouldn't know otherwise.
I cannot remember any hawkeyes killing me with their ult, I just go for cover.
