All the sudden, my teams are consistently getting wrecked. Some strange algorithm?

First of all, I'm a mediocre player. Hit level 50+. but use quick play more than anything. I did spend a day getting to gold rank in comp (where I was pretty successful most matches), but as someone with a tough mental stress job, I'd rather spend my time playing for fun with less stress and toxicity than comp. So QP is where I tend to live, completing the daily challenges.

I hit Lord rank on Iron Man last week, and most things were still normal for me. But then I hit Lord on Penni 2 days ago, and I can't shake the feeling that the game has put me into a different league when it comes to even QP. I'm used to winning 75% and even me being mvp at least 20% of the time. But the past 2 days have been like 5% win rate, and everyone seems to have auto-aim and cat-like reflexes on the other team. It's been my team with like 5-20 KOs with the enemy being 30-5 KOs. Every. Single. Game. It used to happen once in a while in QP, because, that's how it goes. But now it's been 2 full days of my team getting wrecked.

I know what bot names look like, and how they act, and I never really play bad enough to be playing against them (again, my teams usually win, so need no for the game algorithm to give me bots). I also tend to quit for hours or the day after bad streaks, which usually resets my algorithm back to better players around me.

Has anyone else experienced this? Just extreme coincidence, or does the game throw you into a different pool of players after hitting a certain level and multiple Lord ranks?

I even seem to be targeted by 2-3 players of the opposing team when they see the Lord image, lol. As in, they will all chase me around the map, and hang out at spawn, without a care for the game objectives, which is odd. Yet my team still loses, despite them having a 5v3 or 5v4. Something feels...off?
