Hawkeye needs a faster draw
Only a tad bit faster. or at least make his arrows do more damage at half drawn

Hawkeye's damage comes from his passive. Charge it up and you'll be fine.
Also, Hawkeye is not known for rapid firing his bow in my source of lore anyways, he is precision, always has been.
Just hit your shots and aim for the head, he can 1-shot any character with less than 300 HP.

I know how to play him he's my main, his draw is still too slow, and his ult needs work as well
