Stuck in Launcher loop, game won't start - Solution

Posting this because I couldn't find a published solution and saw that other people have had this problem.

[The Problem]
Basically you launch the game, click 'Play' on the launcher, you see the anti-cheat popup, and then the launcher pops back up without the game ever starting.

[My Solution]
What worked for me was to go into the NVIDIA App, click on the Graphics tab, navigate to Marvel Rivals, and click `Optimize'. That changes some graphical settings without needing to launch the game, and after doing that I was able to successfully launch the game.
