Captain America and Venom are dive tanks that excel at getting into the enemy's backline and causing chaos, diverting attention and stopping Supports from healing.
Magneto and Strange are straightforward frontline shield tanks. Very unlike Thor.
Peni is a weird one that is all about picking good spots and making it incredibly annoying to go into the ground she's claimed. Between that and her three-second stun she's very good at defending and counter-dive.
Honestly, probably the closest is Hulk. His and Thor's kits are different, but they do similar kind of things of being... mobile tanks that aren't exactly true dive tanks. Hulk gets in, gets out, being anywhere that he's needed from diving the enemy backline to scrapping on the frontline to saving your own backline. Hulk and Mr. Fantastic are probably the two characters I would say are closest to Thor in how they play.
