Rage Quitters in Ranked is getting old.

It seems way to often, either I get a good team and someone on enemy team rages in the first minute ending the win, OR a totally winnable match and someone rage quits/gives up. Report and move on right? But why does it happen SO often. Like if you quit a ranked game in the first minute, you shouldn't be allowed in ranked. My thoughts anyways.

What rank does this happen around? I guess I've been lucky enough to not see this happen yet.

Also add to avoid as team mate.

Secondly some people might just crash if its their 5 game or so. Now game insta bans you, so you cannot rejoin, but mostly I encouter rage quiters if game just starts one sided in first 2 minutes. Penaltiers are not that big too, 15 minutes in MR vs 2 hours in OW, on first offense

Currently stuck in Gold 1, but it has made my ranked journey pretty miserable at times.

This, as a matter of fact just make it unlimited and have users clear up some names if they somehow block enough people to stop finding matches.

The moment you allow dozens or more to be added to a 'Avoid as Teammate' list, the game because 'Avoid whoever isn't the absolute BEST'.

True, i personally don't mind a genuinely trying player. The toxic nonsense I can do without though.
But yeah some will probably just try avoiding every team they've lost with.

I would take a team that tries to the end all day.

I don't really get where you suspect me to be the rage quitter with what I said. I've left one match early that a person in my premade decided to queue up for instantly when I was trying to leave. I left before the match even started, yet it stated I had rage quitted. I alt+f4 to close the game quickly so they'd get a replacement quickly.

Not sure if this counts vs AI matches either.. I play those often to test characters to see if I can run them well enough.

Wonder if it lists it anywhere how many matches you did not finish...

Ive never RQ, but I can see why people do. Getting very tired of hard carrying in any role the team needs, only to have people playing blind folded on my team anchoring us into a defeat in nearly every game.

The only time I have ever left a match was in Doom Arcade mode, and I didn't know it was a penalty. That has never happened again. Ever. Even when the team isn't working and we are getting dog stomped, I don't quit. If I knew how to show you I would, or tell me how.

The point of the post is that it doesn't make sense. Why would you quit?, The quitting in the first minute really triggers me, but quitting and leaving your team because of a bad game/whatever is unsportsmanlike. I don't know why a person would even play ranked if it makes them so mad they quit on their team. Like why do that to yourself? This game is fun as hell. I am addicted. My only real complaint is not when teams have the wrong comp, its rage quitters. Period.

who cares in an EOMM game. Let them leave. Hell, leave games yourself. It's meaningless
