Whenever I queue for a match with friends, qp and comp, they tend to start the next match without dialogue or assurance from the rest of our team that they're ready. Some players are banned for 15 mins or longer due to afk in a match when most of us are back within 5 minutes. I think there should be some sort of verification that all players are ready for queue in competitive atleast. It's annoying to queue into a match only to load for 5 minutes to say "Player failed to connect, player will be penalized". Counter Strike has had it for years now and I've found it to work well. I've yet to hear any arguments against their system.
