Unable to load into competitive match - 15 min penalty

When attempting to join a competitive match - I will load 0% in after 10 seconds and be disconnected to the main menu. Unable to reconnect to match resulting in a 15 minute penalty. Happens every 5 games or so. Unable to do anything to get around it. Why am I being penalized for the games technical issues?

I have started getting this issue myself, usually from DM mode, not sure wth is going on? The strange thing is when it happens the "partially" played games don't show up in my history. I have tried alot of things like a clean driver re-install, now I am trying downloading the game again. COULDN'T play dm even practice for more than 30 seconds.

is loading times normal, or the same in quick play? this could be a storage issue, if you have an HDD or not. This could also be a possible ram issue too as it seems to happens every 5 games, which can mean a memory leak, but i don't know how far it goes into affecting loading times. that aside, really wish the devs would prioritizes fixing the game for lower-mid end hardware instead of adding these skins.

NOT TRYING to hate, but they added new graphic nerf options? (Turning off effects altogether) But I agree, this game could be running on an 8 gig pc and you shouldn't notice. The system requirements are high, but the game looks unimpressive. :( I hope they improve things too. On the plus side, if you turn half the settings down, it looks the same.

wished they used a different engine other than UE5, as thats the main problem of these performance issues. lowering graphic settings usually doesnt help with memory leaks as thats on the games/engine side, not hardware though it can potentially delay the inevitable
