I am saying the buff should happen to shut these nerds up that parrot what their bald streamer dude said about how Rocket is awful.
I watched one fight of his too. Yes of course he defaults to RMB like mostly any strategist with their main heal ability but he also goes aggressively for opportunity kills. Dude casually dashed to a high ground where enemy Namor was lurking and single-handedly took him out with a well placed burst (two, sure, Namor shielded but it only prolonged the inevitable).
He doesn't push out huge totals on damage done but the damage he does is often times impactful by removing a player altogether. Meanwhile someone like Luna and CnD push chip damage that can typically be sustained by the opponent, Cloak shifts notwithstanding. If you just healbot yes it'll be nice for the frontline but there's more to the lil' raccoon.
Healing ults definitely need to be balanced - and I speak as a Strategist main.
- Luna could see her outrageous 12s duration reduced to 8s and it'd still be extremely powerful.
- C&D could see its healing effectiveness stack cap at 2-3 even if you can stack up to 4 times
- Invisible Woman could have her heal changed to a burst overheal, but no continuous healing while inside
I feel Mantis is fine even though it is a weaker Luna ult (but with the versatility of not locking Mantis)
Adam Warlock could definitely gain a buff instead though... The 100 HP revive is way too weak - rather than a flat 100 HP, perhaps a percentage-based revive amount would be better, something like 50-60% of a character's max health.
Healer ults need to be toned down.
