Serious balance issue

This is the only game where strong ultimates somehow are easier to farm than the useless one. It's not uncommon for cloak and dagger to ult 3 times before a tank get a single ult. Ridiculous

Uhmm you can outheal the poison dot with Rocket. He can even stand in the stuff himself and self heal from his orbs never dropping hp.

Values being supposedly:
CnD poison: 30dmg/s
Rocket orb: 60hp/s
Rocket self heal from orb: 30hp/s

Yah you can out heal the tick now i add the beam from cloak. Hit you with a vulnerable near sight. And you are dead. Also on average in diamond+ lobbies my ult lands final hit at least twice.

Sure, there's a lot going on in a fight. Just making a point about the poison not being so dreadful, one can comfortably step in if heals are up to snuff. Rocket in particular excels in negating that harm due to his aoe-ish style of orbs that bounce all over the place.

It does add extra dps pressure ofc, so there is that.

Any dps pressure is necessary. As you said rockets orb is a 30hp self heal. My ult has just negated his self heal which means i only have his hp bare to remove. Now on your allies thats a 30hp heal coming through instead of 60hp. Which means i have just cut your heal potential in half.

So your complain of it being low negligible damage is jsut dumb since it literally makes you do half heals and your orbs dont stack like a dagger storm followed by daggers.
