why cloak and dagger is going to make end it
she gets ult to quick and I have no time to even breathe before i hear "US AGAINST THE WORLD". I hear it about 20 times a game and I lose my passion to play game everyday. I spent so many days grinding to just even feel happy and then the confidence just goes down when i hear her. Please can something be done. I am sick of losing elo and making me want to quit.

Just in case that advice wasn't clear enough, you let it build and throw it when she's at the end animation of the dash to make sure she's gonna eat it head on.

It just sounds like your team doesn't understand how to prioritize counter-ulting and your DPS don't understand healers are the kill targets, not the tanks.
