Fix for loading screen stuck at 99%

hi, i found a way to fix my issue after searching and trying things an hour. I hope it can help you.
Simply put, if the game is in Windows C drive, the problem is solved.


how to fix if you are using different driver:

1: Steam settings
2. Storage
3. top of window there is a disk, you can add another library. Create a library folder for C: drive.
4. Open your marvel rivals properties. > Go to your steam library and right click to marvel rivals > click Properties
5. Select "Installed Files"
6. Click "Move install folder" to your C: drive

your game will be moved to C: drive. and your stuck issue will be fixed.
i guess this is windows isssue.

Thanks! No more waiting at 99%. Not shure, though, if its because I moved the game to my C drive or if its because my C drive is an SSD drive and my other drive is not. Maybe the devs can answer that question. Again Thank You!
