Ironically, I'd go Mantis and basically pocket him if we have a Hulk. Love me a Boosted Iron Man.
My Best one ( doesn't mention if it's in a 10 minutes setting or not keep in mind ) broke 40,000 healing in one setting...
Unfortunately most of them think it's below them.
Even tho the Tank has to look backwards to check the line.
Even tho the DPS has to look back to check for divers.
Healers think they don't have to check a lot of the time.
Everyone ELSE has to put in effort but they can just stand there a lot of the times. Not realizing their lack of effort gets them killed a lot. They think everyone has to come to them that they can play passively. Then blame everyone else for them dying.
Lack of priority understanding. Like if Im 24 kills and the next highest player is 3. Honestly I really should be getting priority and it's up to the healer to know what is happening in a game. If I go down and suddenly there is 0 pressure being put in the enemy team there is suddenly a collapse almost instantly. That means you are immediately next as there is no threat. Which means the whole team is next.
It's a lack of awareness of what's happening which leads to a lack of what they should do.
Too many thinking healing for healing stats is going to carry the game it's not.
It's who you heal, when you heal, what ults are used at what time, you're managing resources and that includes uptimes on damage being dealt.
A DPS not being healed means they have to look for pick ups and if they're not a fast DPS class that means DPS is out for a while which means less pressure on the enemy team. I've had games where it was quicker to run to spawn then get a heal. Which in turn means MORE pressure on YOUR team and increased healing costs to make up for the reduced amount of people between the enemy and you.
It really is a chain reaction with cascading effects that are not immediately obvious. The ones that are smart do this without thinking or effort. The ones that don't stay forever low rank. Which is the only good part. You can leave them behind.
The irony is the EASIEST role to Rank is HEALER. Cause that's how much they matter. Then DPS cause kills with just a decent healer is an auto win. Then Tank is a crucifixion cause it relies on both DPS and Healers to be good. There are some tricks to ranking each and an easy way to rank for Tanks but it all comes down to heals.

If you can't be bothered to stay in my line of sight, or near enough to it that when I look around to check for flankers I can spot you, Then YOU need to do some leg work to get within my line of sight or at the very least ping that you need healing. I've got enough ♥♥♥♥ to pay attention to without having to try and play "Where's Waldo" with a flyer who has no sense of positioning.
This all this. As a Vanguard main we already que knowing not to piss of the healers. IDK why you DPS are so brain dead. (you as in OP not quoted)
Why? So you can think you're being attacked and zoom away and LoS me anyway? Meanwhile, while I'm trying to track you back down, 3 teammates died.
Or are you the guy that picks the 4th DPS?
Or are you the one complaining about not getting heals, while not realizing the reason you're suddenly taking so much damage is that while you were nowhere near the point, the tank and healer are dead and currently respawning?
Who do you think kills the things doing damage to the tanks tho?
If they're doing damage to the tanks... wait for it... then that means...
