That game mode is terrible. Just like Lucio ball was in OW

I only play it when I have event missions specifically asking me to play it...

I was rather meh about it at first, but it's ok I suppose for me now. I just cleared the three new one just introduced not too long ago. 1 Win, 1 goal, and 5 successful passes.

I'm starting to understand the controls now, and how to play at least Black Widow in that match. So it's getting easier to actually do good in the mode for me. But I still prefer to do either normal matches, and the Doom Match over this uh game mode.

Also a broken one - passes not working properly, sometimes you can just walk past the ball and it can ruin a lot of moments. Also starlord in this mode is most useless character bc of his ridicolous cooldowns on shift/e. Not to mention that a lot of people just throw games for completing challenges(its actually reportable and it works)

I agree, the idea was fun but execution is terrible. Passes feel weird and only 3 (not exactly balanced) chars to play. I thought Jeff's winter event was meh but in comparison to this it was quite alright.

the code could be just as simple as left click to tackle if not holding a ball and left click to shoot if holding one.

they tried too hard to make the game still feel like a shooter. but ended up being horrible bcs they made left and right click unusable unless you are holding a ball.

not including the long cooldown made whole thing awkward once everyone has their skill used and waiting to tackle.

its not great primarily because it doesn't give you any guidance so first you need to learn what to do then what character plays what positions and so on

the only problem i have with that mode is starlord, once he gets the ball its gg, he just flies over the map and scores with no counterplay possible

Double Jump as Ironfist and Lshift. Works every Time. Fly up as Starlord and E Works every time.

How do you GET the ball? and how do you do the "passes" challenge? It will say I did so many passes, but once the game ends I get 0 for the challenge.
I can't click the ball, on any of the characters. I get no option to "grab" the ball.
