Both build ult. You should just switch between healing and damage to get ult fast.

The build is that you max the 1st ability first and then atlernate 2 and 3, get ult on 6-12-18 as always.

The light wall applies a 15% healing increase buff for 4 sec (You'll see the health bar outlined in yellow on the player when active; jeff bubbles also apply this).

If you can hit at least 2 players with this buff when damage is coming in and constantly heal them in that window, you can build large chunks of ult charge.
