They're not on sale. The "discount" is the amount you save by buying the bundle as opposed to buying the items individually.

the games free obviously theres gonna be some sort of way to make money from the players, also Every Game is made to make money its a gold farm these days if you make a good game, its pretty obvious.

The skins aren't on sale its more like a bundle deal, you can buy the skins standalone for a lower price or the bundle with extra stuff in it besides a few of them i guess.. weird af

Probably yes. But as always, in case of products sold worldwide through online services, till it gets noticed (if at all) in the respective countries respective department, it probably fades away anyway or nobody cares anymore.
