Colorblind settings are utterly useless if they also don't recolor AoE Rings and hostile markers

I have severe Protanomaly, I genuinely can not see those red outlines used all over this game and regularly die to things everyone else can clearly see

I have all of my UI colors changed around, my enemy colors are a nice bright orange I can actually see, but everything I vitally need to see ingame is still the default dark red markers that disappear into more than half of the floors in the game

Genuinely need this to apply to those as well, there's no visual consistency to begin with by being different from the colors I set and it's a problem color for Deutranopia as well, which 7% of the male population has
