Sydney server latency / high ping issue

Everything was working fine untill sometime yesterday. I go to play a match and my ping is 180. Every other day it has been 10-20. So i reset my network connection both the router & PC, I restart the PC i try a different computer and its all the same. Seems to not be an isolated issue from searching Discord & Reddit.

Today is day 2 of this issue. Any news or if people are also having this issue would be amazing.
I blame Optus.

It's been all over. I'm having issues with NA 2, and it smells a lot like a bad DDoS.

Same issue, I'm in NZ, in game when selecting server it says 25ms yet I a, getting latency over 200.
I ran a probe from in game settings under other/network which showed that the host server was over 200ms.

I have played games on servers as far away as Taiwan and never seen host latency much higher than 100.

What ever server the game is pinging to is not Sydney.

Hey mate ik its been like 3 weeks but since last night mines doing the exact same im also with optus. Did u manage to find a solution?

I thought i found a solution because it was working again fine but yeah same since the 1.5 patch update its put my ping back into the high 150. Dont know whats going on but im not gonna play if it does this with every patch

Hey mate thats fkn awful news :(. my phones with telstra i tried hotspotting my pc and what do u know 40ms. So its something wrong with optus and their servers.

Hey mate its now fixed for me has it fixed for you. if it hasnt i guess the only thing i did was unplug my ethernet cable to use wifi then plugged it in when i got off the game. Randomly went to see if they fixed it and wallah.

it fixed itself for like 2 games i lied.
