Mouse lag and Movement keys getting stuck.

Couldn't find anything on this online so i'll have to ask in discussions

Every time I boot up the game (This doesn't happen with the launcher active) My mouse begins lagging horribly and will have moments of inactivity where it won't respond. The same happens when I type too. This isn't an alt tab issue because even when I don't tab out of the game it will still do it. Any fixes or ideas why this is happening? I turned off Nvidia Geforce overlay and only use Outplayed to record things now but I'm still getting it.

It's not something I can't play around but there's high-heat moments where i'll just strafe in a direction that I didn't call for and be stuck for half a second.
