Best settings for 4090?

I am playing high, foilage off and shadows off (low)

The settings for me makes no sense. I' m on a 4090. And having Lumen global illumination on or off doest not matter, my fps go all over the place XD

3090 ti here, no matter if on low or high settings it stutters like crazy...this is only game that has this problem for me

Higher fps gives you literal advantages with certain power and movement. You want to get it as high and steady as possible.

Depends why you play games. I enjoy the competitive scene, but I mostly play to have fun and enjoy the game. So I keep all my settings on maximum. If you're looking to climb ranked as high as humanly possible and be a complete sweat lord, set all settings to low and maximize that FPS

I was playing on all low, but the game looks awful, I am trying to find that sweet balance between looking good with great frame rate. I will keep tweaking till I find what looks good with best fps hopefully. Thanks for the input!
