144HZ Fullscreen not happeing

Yes it does matter, it can also be some settings you have on that blocks it

I cant go fullscreen, it always stuck on Borderless Mode and all options are greyed out

I am getting 130FPS on ULTRA RTX 4060 105W on my Lenovo LOQ laptop
with FRAME GEN + BOOST on ofcourse getting around 7ms latency supersmooth

If i remember correctly either frame gen or the boost thing greys out the resolution/screen options. so you could try turning them off, then changing your screen settings and turning them back on.
