Block All Chat
Blocking communications from players does not do anything for all chat.

How do you block it?

check your keybindings for voice chat, mine is P by default. open it during the game then block each person by clicking on the speaker icon.

Settings-> Audio-> Voice Chat-> Disable Voice Chat Option
As for Text:
Settings-> Social-> Just disable Whisper/Team.
