Rocket Ultimate Buff Needed

Rocket is my favorite healer right now. His versatility, healing output, and mobility make him the perfect hero for me. However, anytime I play in high ranks, I constantly get yelled at due to the fact that I am playing Rocket and that his ultimate is sub par.

Luna Snow ultimate make her entire team basically invincible. Same with Cloak and Dagger.
Loki can just turn himself into Luna or Cloak.
Adam Warlock is... well, no one wants to play Adam Warlock

Rockets ultimate not providing either a damage reduction to the team, constant healing to the team, or increase HIS OWN healing output makes him sub par when trying to save my team from a Groot Ultimate, Moon Knight Ultimate, ect.

Can we buff his ultimate to do something other then damage output? Maybe an increase to his own healing, damage reduction to my team who is within the radius, or constantly healing to my team while inside?
I agree the damage output has good use, but when it comes to saving my team during 3 - 4 stacked ultimate's from the enemy team, he falls short (no pun intended)

Rocket's buff is intended to boost his teammates' ultimates beyond the opposition's ultimates when it comes time to contest or push. That's why he gets a body printer instead of a survivability ult like the other supports.

it did surprise me to find 0 explosives in his kit given his fondness for them in every movie he is in

Rocket's ult plus infinite ammo machine lets Punisher kill Luna while she's ulting, with his basic assault rifle.

I do think that rockets ultimate being a different type of support buff is important. It adds more diversity than just invulnerable for X seconds. It also has the ability to counter other ults like luna or mantis depending on your dps teammates.

While I wouldn't say he is bad, he is def not a pick if you only have one other healer. Hell, depending on the other enemy team's comp, I wouldn't even say rocket's team up is worth it. As a third healer tho, he is pretty solid.

Honestly, the only change his ult needs is to also poop out those armor packs, only at a faster pace.

I find it kind of dumb that they only come from his respawn Beacon which you want to have hidden somewhere behind your back line.

Then it would be destroyed instantly. Even now, focused fire destroys it under 4 seconds.
