I mean its a team game right?
So the matchmaking should know how good i am and either match me with teammates which can balance out my weaknesses or enemys which are as bad as me so im sure EOMM does exist
Or, at least it doesn't work the way it's portrayed. There's no system to artificially push your win rate to 50%. People have varied win rates and can have long win or loss streaks.
It's almost like.. you happen to win about half of the fights, 40-60% I'd think since there's 11 other people in every game so your performance naturally evens out in the long run. Your relative weight in your team counts for some ~16%, ~8% across the full player count. So essentially your value in any given fight is a touch shy from one tenth of the grand total.
This isn't a single player game where you control everything.
Be good with both gaming skills (reflexes, aim, snap decisions in the heat of the battle, positioning awareness etc) & meta knowledge (who to pick for optimal synergy, who performs good on a given map, who counters who etc) and your impact will shift the balance in your favour resulting in over 50% win rate. Be less stellar and you'll get to enjoy below 50% win rate.
Stop coping
You sure it wasn't the spirits manipulating the win rates of everyone
Manipulating the outcome of a match to create an illusion of competition while ensuring a win/loss aligns with a core aspect of EOMM. The primary goal of EOMM is to manage player experiences by orchestrating wins and losses to maximize engagement and retention, which increases the chances that someone will spend money on the game. By secretly using bots designed to guarantee victory after a losing streak, the system demonstrates a deliberate effort to influence match outcomes and player emotions, which gives me little hope that other aspects of quickplay are not covertly manipulated in the same fashion.
