Had an issue with game crashing. Discord support bot advises to send through files through discord. But the files are too large unless you buy discord Nitro.... Advised to send through email to customer support, which I have done but no reply since December.... Even with multiple emails asking for assistance. How do I get a real human being from Netease to help me?
