Specifically speaking, that's only for the devs to say, and most don't give a detailed breakdown of how to earn those.
Finally, MVP/SVP doesn't matter as it's not a counted stat. Good reason, too -- an algo is insufficient for determining who a true MVP is in a contest because anyone could come up with the clutch stop or timely push that makes the difference between loss and win.
That's the only definition of MVP that matters. The one that seals the deal.
For support it is mostly healing, last hits and amount of deaths(less is better).
I had some games where i got a lot of eliminations and even last hits as a support, almost on par with dps. Even damage was not so far behind + a lot of healing numbers, not as much as second support, but good enough. I didnt get mvp because i died as much as dps did.
But games, as a support, where i had half of the eliminations of dps, a bit more than average healing and only 2 deaths, comparing to dps and tanks having 7+ deaths. I got MVP.
I say MVP is overrated. FIrst game where i did a lot of damage and last hits as a support i felt i contributed a lot more to winning than our dps and tanks. Compare to the second game, where i healed more, dealt less damage, lest last hits, but died only 2 times. In that game our Peni was a beast and practically carried our dps. Peni shouldv'e got that MVP, not me.
