am i the only one who thinks playing rocket raccoon is the easiest way to rank up in comp? im one game away from plat 3 with rocket only lost 3 out of my 10 matches with him

He is underrated because of his Ultimate that requires your teammates to have more than two braincells. But he has good damage in short range, easy way to heal people in air and around corners, good mobility.
